This isn’t a copywriting product in the sense that it will help you with your copywriting, but it is one of the most useful pieces of software I’ve come across for hosting sales letters online.

The software is designed as a WordPress theme, so all you need to do to get it set up is download WordPress, buy a domain name and some cheap hosting and you’re set.
As far as the set up process goes, it’s pretty simple and nothing a bit of trial and error can’t sort. But one thing I like so much are the support videos that you’re able to access as a member. They really are well done and have almost everything covered. Very impressive.
Another big positive is the fact that OptimizePress does a lot of the donkey work for you…
For example, as you can see with the Write Better Copy sales page, when you exit the page a email address pop up is generated automatically that attempts to sign up the non-buying visitor to my free e-letter. This is a very effective name generation tool and the fact that it’s easy to set up inside OptimizePress is excellent.
Because the software is built as a WordPress theme it makes it very easy to duplicate sales pages and tweak the headline or offer so that you can perform split tests. It’s also allows you to create squeeze pages and members areas from one site, which is very helpful.
I’m thinking of downsides… but to be fair, it’s difficult.
At such an accessible price – just $97 – I don’t think there’s much more you could ask for. I believe the software will more than pay for itself in the time it saves you and the functionality of such things like exit splashes and video squeeze pages.
Conclusion: An excellent software product that is perfect for any copywriter looking to create and host their own sales letters or design their own squeeze pages. The support given is top notch and at such an affordable price, it’s great value. Highly recommended.
